Dairy Free Pumpkin Pie

This dairy free pumpkin pie will please the whole family with its creamy texture and delicious flavor.

  • 1 can pumpkin not pumpkin pie filling
  • cup coconut milk, full-fat
  • 2 eggs large
  • ¾ cup sugar
  • 2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla


  • Preheat oven to 425°.
  • Whisk all ingredients until smooth.
  • Pour into crust
  • Bake at 425° for 15 minutes.
  • Reduce oven temp to 350° and bake for 35-45 minutes until a toothpick inserted 1 inch from the crust comes out mostly clean.
  • This pie will not be completely set until it cools.
  • Store in the fridge.
